Intention of setting up a special political party for Indians in the country was to restore the unity and integrity of the Indians to unite for the well-being of the country. The main purpose of the establishment is to:

* Uniting the Indian community to unite in a political party based on Indian cultural and religious values in Malaysia.

* Establishing a religious management platform, Tamil education and arts based on the true religious and social teachings of Indians, for Indians in Malaysia.

* Strengthen the friendship and spirit of goodwill among Indians so pro-government ruled for peace with other races.

* Carry out work and charity services for the Indian community generally.

* Unite with the government to rally to achieve status of prosperity and splendor for beloved country.

This political party was established jointly by highly educated young Indians but also comprised of veterans as advisory bodies. In fact, leadership in political parties is very important if it is led by scholars and has the desire to assist in uniting the major minority communities in Malaysia so as not to be left behind in the era of development, progress and prosperity for the beloved country with the ruling government.

According to MIPP, party will work together with current official government as the current leader of the Malaysian government and will ensure full support to help in forming Malaysia as a sovereign, progressive and glorious nation in the world. MIPP also pointed out that this political party had no hidden agenda, merely to unite the Indians in a political party dedicated to the Indian community of Malaysia with full support for the beloved country.

GENTLE REMINDER FOR DONATIONS"💵

We need sincere donations to be channeled to some homeless communities, B40 categorised people who loss their respective job oppurtunaties, flood victims and orphanages. Acting with compassion towards those less fortunate, they will gain good merit , which may help them to eventually attain moksha. Other acts of generosity include giving alms and clothing, and ritually feeding the poor, holy people and animals. A righteous life, whereby God is perceived in nature, naturally protects the environment. Ignoring the plight of fellow human beings renders worship of God futile. Worship is effective not by the complexity of its rituals and the elaborateness of ingredients and offerings, but by devotion and by service of fellow beings done as part of worship. SIGNIFICANCE OF COLOUR SYMBOLISM IN OUR PARTY'S LOGO AND FLAG

This is a block about the significance of colour symbolism in our MIPP Party's official logo and flag as well. Scientifically and Physchologically, experts says that each colour that excist in this universe holds and refines some meanings and emotions on their own excistence. Let's look at ours now!!

Significance of Yellow

  1. It represents religious abstinence. This color connotation has a sacred meaning for the Hindus. Yellow is the color of knowledge and learning. It symbolizes happiness, peace, meditation, competence and mental development. Yellow in Hinduism is the color of Lord Vishnu, the color of purity, victory, auspicious and surprisingly sensuality too.

  2. In MALAYSIA, yellow colour associated with the royalthy and sovereignity of Malaysians towards the supreme ruler of country, Yang-diPertuan Agong and beloved country. Its represents the unity between the nationhood and their loyalthy towards country.

Significance of White

  1. It represents purity, cleanliness, peace and knowledge. The goddess of knowledge, Saraswati is always shown as wearing a white dress, sitting on a white lotus.  HINDU  religious leaders cover themselves with white ashes to represent their spiritual rebirth and their pure devotion plus unbreakable faith towards the Supreme Personality of Godhead. White is also the color of mourning. White signifies purity, honesty, truth, peace, silence and every single morality principles on leading a monastic life.

  2. Hence, the white colour in our symbolism represents the purity of our heart and honesty of our work on serving our Indian community towards a better future of ourselves.

Significance of Red

  1. The color red is a warm and positive color associated with our most physical needs and our will to survive. It exudes a strong and powerful masculine and feminine energy as well for their success. It signifies a pioneering spirit and leadership qualities, promoting ambition and determination. Red is energizing. It excites the emotions and motivates us to take action.

  2. Hence, we choose red colour as we express our honour and strong determination towards our service to our Indian community. Morever, red colour symbolises energy and speed, attention-getting, assertive and confident, energizing, stimulating, exciting, powerful, passionate, courageous and strong, spontaneous and determined. We do for our community and society.

  • Feature 1

The text covers verses about bhakti, karma, yoga and Dharma. We do for our community by providing our nations with this supreme wisdom and spiritual lessons.

  • Feature 2

We provide you with supreme wisdom and counsciousness about KarmaYogam and SankhyaYogam according to Srimad Bhagavad Gita quotes of Chapter 3 Verse 7.

What does the Gita teach us about leadership?

  1. "Whatever action is performed by a great man, common men follow in his footsteps, and whatever standards he sets by exemplary acts, all the world pursues."

  2. “Strive constantly to serve the welfare of the world; by devotion to selfless work one attains the supreme goal of life. Do your work with the welfare of others always in mind.”

  3. “You have the right to work, but never to the fruit of work. You should never engage in action for the sake of reward, nor should you long for inaction. Perform work in this world, Arjuna, as a man established within himself - without selfish attachments, and alike in success and defeat.”

Leadership lessons derived from spirituality  encompasses the age old values and virtues such as vision, excellence, integrity, perseverance and discipline. These values and virtues that are the concepts of spiritual intelligence are becoming popular in organizational and leadership development. Spiritual Intelligence is the intelligence of the spirit and the soul. Spiritual leadership is not necessarily related to specific spirituality, religion or tradition. It involves motivating people by influencing their souls or spirits instead of controlling them. The dignity and the place for spirituality are slowly being restored.

The visible inequities of the present anxiety ridden and tension torn world is suggesting softly to look inwards and examine the self, while functioning in the outer world.   In the present modern times, we are back to the basics.  The corporate world is now recognizing that morals are more important than money, materials, marketing and management.  This has led to a study of the ancient doctrines.  The modern world is stunned to discover that the scriptures actually abound with the most effective management and leadership principles that we need to look no further.  An awakening of sorts marks the present times indicating a paradigm shift.  The Bhagawad Gita – meaning ‘Song of Divine’ was written 5000 years ago by Rishi Veda Vyas.  It appears in the mythological epic the ‘Mahabharatha’.  It contains the essence of the Vedas.   There is now a slow, but a sure revelation that the teachings and knowledge of Bhagavad Gita are directly relevant to today’s corporate world and a sincere adoption of Gita’s teachings will result in positive relevance to our corporate leaders.  Modern management is increasingly adopting Vedic precepts.  Vedanta is a study of science of life and literally means the end(anta) of knowledge(ved).  It is ‘being yourself’ which will enable an individual to function from his very being of perfect silence, energy and bliss.

There is no substitute to hard work and eventually hard work pays. Here, we learn the valuable lesson of letting go of the results and not allowing that to dictate our attitutde towards our work. While this doesn't mean we need to be martyrs, it means often the result becomes so much of a focal point, it can turn into a distraction. This detachment from the result also protects us from the disappointment that we are bound to feel at one point or the other in our professional lives.
